Promoting a Liberal Democracy at a Glance

A Bit of Background

A single goal drives us at Sri Lanka #LEADS; to do our part as patriotic citizens with much expertise and experience and share our knowledge to make Sri Lanka a better home for us all. Our decision-making process is evidence-based and transparent. We honour discipline, law & order, diversity, equality and social responsibility. This is an apolitical platform with a 'National' mission.

Our 'mission' explained

Coming together from diverse backgrounds and experiences, our skilled team of patriots with experience and expertise are Sri Lankans' backbone for an Education-based Democracy. Their ideas based on facts, evidence and expertise help shape the direction and mission of our LEADS platform continues to develop. Join your interest groups or network with us to meet your like-minded colleagues with a mission.

The ‘Groups’ constitute the areas that need improvement in our country to enable us to begin the journey to move away from current misery to become a developed country. The ‘mission’ of the ‘Groups’ is to educate all citizens at all levels and equip them with continuing knowledge to make informed judgements on the correct paths they should take to eventually achieve our goal of becoming a peaceful and developed country fair to all.
