A Generation with an Attitude’ by Geewananda Gunawardana

Recently, our LEADS meetings have focused on cultivating positive attitudes among our children to build a better Sri Lanka for the future. However, fostering such attitudes is not an easy task. We are well aware that even after completing a highly structured training program over five years or more—such as in medicine—graduates can differ significantly. Despite the ethical rules and behavioural requirements in place to practice, not all may demonstrate the expected attitudes in the workplace. In this context, it is essential to examine the factors that shape the development of attitudes. This video focuses on that matter.
